Under many circumstances, PimburySport does accept returns and exchanges of product within thirty days of the original purchase date.

PimburySport does maintain the right to apply a discretionary restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price. This is applicable for items returned due to "wrong item ordered", "change of mind", 
"item no longer needed", "wrong item ordered", or other such instances of customer error. After 30 days items may be returned for exchange only and after 60 days no returns or exchanges will be honored.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from PimburySport on all returns and Exchanges. Please fill out the returns form included in the original packaging.
